About Steven Dailey

Steve Dailey is a dedicated Realtor and active community leader that will be serving as the Secretary for the Guernsey Muskingum Valley Association of Realtors (GMVAR) in 2026. He is currently with Leonard and Newland Real Estate Services and has a diverse background rooted in IT and entrepreneurship.

Originally from Adamsville, Ohio, Steve has lived in Columbus, Coshocton, Zanesville, and now resides in Cambridge. He is married to Sheree Dailey who is also a realtor and together they have a daughter and two grandchildren. Steve earned his BSEET Degree from DeVry University in 1995, followed by an MBA with a specialization in Entrepreneurship from Kaplan University in 2009.

With over 30 years of experience in Information Technology, Steve transitioned to real estate in 2017 and achieved his Broker license in 2024. His role with Leonard and Newland Real Estate currently is Office Manager of the Cambridge Office and realtor serving the Southeast Ohio Region.

Beyond real estate, Steve is the President of the Southeastern Ohio Real Estate Investors Association (SEORIA) and is deeply involved in his church and community. He takes pride in helping and serving where he is needed, exemplifying his commitment to service, community, and professional growth.
